D. How limit changes take effect
Lowering is immediate. Raising takes time.
Decreases apply instantly. As soon as you reduce a limit on deposits, wagers or stakes, the lower figure takes effect.
Increases take 24 hours. Lifting a limit or scrapping it only counts once 24 hours pass. We built that delay on purpose. A decision taken in the heat of play may feel different tomorrow, and the gap lets you think again.

Take a break / cooling-off
Need a breather? Pause for 24 hours minimum, six weeks maximum. While the pause runs, every game stays shut, the deposit button is locked and our promo messages fall silent. Once the timer starts, there's no early exit: it counts down to the very last minute.
Self-exclusion, plus account closure
