Bonus Terms
A. General rules
A bonus is extra play. It is not cash until its conditions are met.
These rules cover every promotion at Edmundston Casino, including perks from Edmundston Rewards that are paid as bonus, unless a specific offer states otherwise. Our General Terms apply as well.
Your account lists cash and bonus as two separate balances. No mix-ups: you see at a glance which money is real cash and which is bonus.
B. Opting in
We never activate a bonus without your say. The choice is yours.
To claim an offer, select it in your account or on the deposit screen, then make a qualifying deposit. If you do not select it, the deposit counts as cash only. You can always decline an offer and play with cash alone.
C. Maximum conversion
Certain promotions limit the amount of bonus winnings that can be converted to withdrawable cash. If there is such a limit, you will find it in the promotion's details in your account. Once wagering is finished, anything over the limit is removed.
The current welcome offer lists no conversion cap.
D. Bet limit during bonus play
Bonus in play? A stake limit covers each spin, every hand, every round. Each promotion lists its limit in your account, so check it before you claim.
Break the limit and you risk losing the bonus, along with every win it brought in.
E. Wagering and game type contributions
Wagering means the total you must stake before bonus funds become withdrawable cash.
Welcome offer wagering: 10x the bonus plus winnings, within 90 days.
Free spin winnings: no wagering. They land as cash.
Not every game moves the meter at the same speed:
- Slots: count in full.
- Digital table games and video poker: count at a reduced rate.
- Live dealer games: contribute at a lower rate or not at all.
The promotion details in your account show the exact contribution of each game type. Wagers placed on excluded games add nothing to your target. Your account tracks your wagering progress as you play.

G. Who can take part
Bonuses are open to players who:
- are 19 or older;
- are in Canada, where local law permits online play;
- hold one verified account in their own true name;
- are not on a cooling-off break and are not in self-exclusion.
Only new players may take the welcome offer, and only once per person, payment method and device.
H. Bonus abuse and voiding
Bonuses are built for genuine play. The following count as abuse:
- registering extra accounts to take the same offer a second time;
- covering opposite outcomes with low-risk bets to meet wagering;
- betting above the stake limit during bonus play;
- taking advantage of a pricing error or a game fault;
- claiming offers for, or with, another person.
Spot abuse and we act. The bonus and any wins it brought in can be cancelled, future promotions withdrawn and linked accounts closed. Once our checks are done, any deposited cash left in your balance is returned to you, unless the law says otherwise.
I. Expiry
The clock runs from the moment the bonus lands. For the welcome offer, that clock is 90 days.
If the wagering requirement has not been met by the deadline, the bonus funds and anything won with them expire and are deleted. This does not affect your cash balance. Other promotions show their own timer in the offer details.
J. One bonus at a time
Bonuses run single file: one live on your account, never two at once.
Any new offer is queued until the active one is completed, expires or is forfeited. Forfeiting the active bonus is possible through your account: this clears the bonus balance and its linked winnings, and your cash is left untouched.
K. Changes
We can amend or withdraw a promotion, for example to correct an error or meet a legal requirement.
If the rules change, any progress made under the version you accepted is preserved, unless abuse or an obvious error is involved. Updated rules are published on this page along with the date they take effect.
